Terms of Service — The Unforgiven

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of The Unforgiven community application. By accessing or using the application, you agree to these Terms and to comply with the applicable Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.

2. Relationship with Roblox

These Terms are an agreement between you and The Unforgiven community application administrators only, and not with Roblox. Roblox is not affiliated with, responsible for, or the operator of this application.

Roblox has no obligation to provide maintenance, technical support or other support for this application. To the extent permitted by applicable law, by using this application you waive and release claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses against Roblox arising from or related to this third-party application.

3. Community purpose

The application exists to support The Unforgiven Roblox community, including authenticated membership, fictional character and Legion records, operations, attendance, awards, qualifications and community administration.

Lore names, characters, ranks, awards, service histories, fictional deaths and similar records are fictional role-play data. They are not representations of real-world status, employment, military service, qualifications or honours.

4. Account use and authentication

You must authenticate using a Roblox account you are authorised to use.
You must not attempt to impersonate another member or claim another member's Legacy record.
You must provide accurate Discord account identifiers and a reasonable current UTC offset when requested.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, administrative restrictions or Personnel Entry blocks.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this application to:

submit knowingly false or abusive data;
spam or repeatedly submit requests in order to disrupt the service;
attempt unauthorised access to administrative functions or another user's records;
interfere with Roblox, Google, or the operation or security of this application;
use the application in a way that violates Roblox's Terms, Community Standards, or applicable law.

6. Administrative actions

Authorised community administrators may approve, reject, correct or review community records in accordance with community rules. Rejected intake requests may normally be resubmitted. Accounts engaging in abuse, spam or repeated bad-faith submissions may be blocked from Personnel Entry.

Community access and administrative permissions may be suspended or removed where reasonably required for system security, community administration or compliance with these Terms.

7. Privacy

Use of account and community information is described in the Privacy Statement. By using authenticated features, you acknowledge the collection and processing described there.

8. Availability and changes

The application is provided as a community service and may be changed, suspended, interrupted or discontinued. Features may be added, removed or altered as the community database and website are developed.

9. No Roblox support obligation

Questions, corrections and support requests concerning this application should be directed to The Unforgiven administration team through the community's official Discord channels, not to Roblox.

10. Updates to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the application develops or as relevant platform requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
